I want to be a tutor because it is important to me that kids have as many resources available to them as possible during their long careers as students. No matter what age, students deserve intellectual stimulation and extra help. I have many years of experience caring for and babysitting children ages 4-12. I took French for six years and I am especially good at reading and writing the language. I am a proficient speaker. I spent six weeks as an intern in the Education Department of the Museum of Modern Art in New York City, where I assisted with classes for students and families.
